Canadian Foundation for Physically Disabled Persons

Dr. Seth is an active supporter of the Canadian Foundation for Physically Disabled Persons (CFPDP). The CFPDP was set up in 1987 by The Rotary Club of Toronto – Don Valley with Vim Kochhar as Founding Chair. Its goal was to assist individuals with physical challenges to live fuller lives and raise awareness of their achievements and contributions to society. Since then, CFPDP has initiated dozens of important Projects & Events, raising over $21 million.

In 2007, Dr. Seth was honoured to receive their ‘Corporate Award.’ In 2008, she launched a Fundraising Gala Dinner with proceeds directed towards them. The event attracted 700 guests including Hon. David.C. Onley (Lt. Governor of Ontario) and Hon. Dalton McGuinty and generated a few hundred thousand dollars.
